Creative Ministry Units

We live in a visual environment and it is imperative for the church to use the medium of video to communicate the message to the church and the world. Using video without being aware of the scope and limitations of the medium, however, could be detrimental in delivering the message in the most effective way. This course provides the foundation for learning the rudimentary skills in video production as well as helping students gain an understanding of some communication theories and how to make the best use of multi-media within the specific needs of the local church.

This course combines practical hands-on experience in video production with communication theory. It also provides a theological framework for the use of video in the context of the local congregation.
