PBC Launches New Training Opportunities for Churches

PBC is excited to announce a number of new seminar based training workshops which are available to churches as a training tool, deliverable on location, at your church. The workshops provide an opportunity for churches to have quality training in specific topics delivered within their own environment, topics such as:

• Church Leadership
• Ministry & Stress
• Small Group Leadership
• Youth or Children’s Leadership
• Worship Leadership
• Marriage and Family Relationships
• Understanding the Bible

PBC is a body which exists to train Christians. We have people at PBC who have both expertise in training and the opportunity to put together training that is relevant, equipping, challenging and needed for churches. Thus, it makes perfect sense to grow our ability to serve the church in this way. 

Staff at PBC are also involved in pastoring and leading in local churches and understand the pressures on church leadership in their week by week tasks. They know that having the time to prepare and run good training programmes for churches is often difficult. This is why we believe thatthis is an exciting opportunity for us to form training partnerships with churches.

Churches are encouraged to contact the college if they are interested in having PBC deliver any of these seminar training workshops at their church. Each seminar workshop is flexible and can be delivered either over a full day or one evening a week over 3-4 weeks. Because PBC views this training as a partnership with churches we are also interested in hearing what other training areas may be beneficial to your church.
