David has experience in business and has worked as a Church Pastor in the area of teaching and leadership training before coming to PBC. He is the College Principal and a lecturer, and comes to PBC from Tasmania with his wife and three children. |

Dr Andre van Oudtshoorn

Academic Dean & Senior Lecturer
Andre has served as a pastor in both large and small churches in South Africa and Australia. He has also worked as a Christian producer and TV director. At PBC Andre lectures in Systematic Theology Counselling and Creative Ministry. Andre has written a number of books including Worship the way to know God, Christ the Reconciler and A Taste of Glory, an introduction to theological studies. He is married to Anne and has four adult children. |

Mrs Gillian Dixon

Dean of Students
Gillian is a native of Perth and has a background in High School Chaplaincy and women’s ministry. Her genuine belief that God makes a difference in everyday life finds expression in the passion she brings to the role. Gillian is in charge of student recruitment, student support and also acts as the College’s chaplain. Gillian attends the Scarborough Baptist Church with her husband and five children. |

Mr Basie van Rooyen

Lecturer
Basie has been involved in missions in South Africa and Europe. After finishing his Theological studies he served as a pastor for 7 years. He teaches Old Testament and is responsible for the upkeep of the College facilities. Basie is married to Hanlie. |

Mr Adam Niven

Dean of Studies
Adam has been inolved in church ministry and leadership for over ten years with experience in areas related to youth, creative, worship and outreach. Adam completed his degree specialising in pastoral and creative ministry. He heads up our creative and external studies departments. Adam is married to Clair and they have four children. |

Dr Brett Muhlhan
BMin, MTh, ThD
Postgraduate Coordinator, Lecturer
Brett has been involved in a number of aspects of pastoral ministry. His experience as pastor, chaplain and lecturer have developed a passion for good theology. Brett’s research interests include Luther Studies, Historical Theology and New Testament Theology. He is currently in the process of preparing his doctoral thesis for publication and writing a devotional commentary on Luther’s doctrine of freedom.
